General Policies and Cancellation Guidelines for Dentistry 2027.

General Participation

  • 01. All the registered/interested participants are requested to check the website twice in a week or get in touch with the conference manager for further updates.
  • 02. Participants are requested to check email inbox and spam folder for email notifications. Kindly mark respective conference emails are from safe sender so you will receive emails in your inbox.
  • 03. Aver Conferences is not responsible for not delivering the emails to your inbox, kindly get in touch with the conference manager.
  • 04. Aver Conferences doesn't held any responsible for loss or damage of your belongings.
  • 05. Aver Conferences do not cover the expenses for registration, accommodation, and travel. Participant must pay the registration fee to attend the conference. For further queries, please contact respective conference manager.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations/refunds must be sent in writing to the conference manager. All communications will be handled strictly via registered channels.

Critical Policy

Refund requests are accepted up to 60 days before the event (February 26, 2027), provided a valid reason is submitted, such as visa rejection or other circumstances beyond the participant’s control.

By attending/registering for the conference you hereby agree to the terms and conditions.

Transfer Policy

  • 40% Transfer eligible if requested 60 days to the event.
  • No transfers eligible if requested within 30 days of event.
  • Substitution is allowed if registrant is unable to attend.
  • All refunds are subject to a 10% deduction or a minimum administrative fee of USD 100, whichever is higher.

Virtual Participation

  • Payments once made for the virtual participation/online participation will not be refunded.
  • Payments made for virtual participation is transferable to physical/in person conferences.
  • Participants who paid and unable to attend virtual participation, kindly email to conference manager for an appropriate decision.

Special Conditions

The organization reserves the right to make changes to conference dates/program or cancel the event at any time. Organization is not responsible if the event cancels/postpones due to natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade disputes, terrorism, or hostilities.
