My name is Gökhan Biçim, and I hold a PhD in Medical Biochemistry from Institute of Health Sciences, Marmara University. I am currently a faculty member at the Department of Basic Sciences – Biochemistry, Faculty of Dentistry, Istanbul Kent University. I also serve as the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry. Dr. Gökhan Biçim is a researcher in the fields of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Throughout his academic and professional career, he has focused extensively on cell death mechanisms, oxidative stress and the NRF2 signaling pathway. His research, spanning from his MSc and PhD theses, covers a broad spectrum ranging from cancer biology to antioxidant defense systems. As of 2025, Dr. Biçim continues his current research on the effects of curcumin-metal complexes on breast cancer and the study of neuronal development in Parkinson’s disease models.

Dr. Belghith Oumayma is a second-year resident in Prosthodontics at the Dental Medicine Clinic, Faculty of Dental Medicine, University of Monastir, Tunisia. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from university of Monastir, Tunisia in 2022. Her clinical and research interests include maxillofacial rehabilitation, digital dentistry, 3D-printing applications in prosthodontics. She has participated in several clinical cases involving complex maxillary defects and has presented her work at national scientific meetings. Dr.Belghith is a member of the Tunisian Association of Prosthodontics and Dental Esthetics.

Dr. Aparna Pandya—a periodontist and host of the podcast Soft Smiles: Skills Beyond the Chair. I’ve had the honor of delivering a TEDxNM micro talk, conducting national and international sessions, and serving as a speaker and panelist at various dental forums. I’m also proud to be Mrs. India Vivacious 2019. My passion lies in helping dental professionals connect better with patients, teams, and themselves through empathy, communication, and confidence. I believe a thriving dental practice begins not just with skill, but with a genuine human connection.

I graduated from Trinity College Dublin School of Dentistry in 2022. Following my degree, I had the opportunity to work in a mixed private and public healthcare dental practice in Dublin, Ireland, before migrating to Ottawa, Canada, and then to Colwyn Bay, Wales, where I currently deliver private dental care. I provide routine general dentistry, including restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and paediatric care. I hold a dental licence in both Canada and the UK and I’m an active member of the Ontario Dental Association. In addition to clinical practice, I have published articles and advice columns in the Dental Update, the British Dental Journal, and with the College of General Dentistry in the UK.

I was born on 17 of june 1987 in Constantza, Romania and graduated the Faculty of Dental Medicine, Ovidius University from Constantza, Romania on 2012. The first residency, in Dental Prostehtics graduated in 2015; the second residency, in Dental Surgery i graduated in 2018; also, in 2017 i finished the Phd studies. The most important steps regarding university activity were: 2013, when i become Assistant Professor, 2019, Lecturer and starting with 2024 until present, Associated Professor, Faculty of Dental Medicine, Ovidius University from Constantza, Romania. I was passionate for research and this materialised by publihed or presented the research results to dentistry congress (37 articles ISI-Web of Science, Indexed in International Data Base; 45 abstracts). The research activity was appreciated with awards at different national and international congresses (APDC - HongKong 2011,UEFISCDI Romania - 2020, 2021, WDC - Bangkok 2025). I wrote 2 books in the dental speciality.

My name is Grigorian Mircea, I am an Associated Professor, PhD, in the Faculty of Stomatology, Ovidius University from Constanta, Romania. I am teaching since 2007, and during this period I have published one book, 3 book chapters, 52 ISI (Web of Science) and IDB (International Data Base) articles, 59 ISI and IDB abstracts. Also, I have over 26 presentations from my research in Romania and around the world. I was a member in the organizing committee for 9 international congresses and 4 national ones and a member in 4 research projects. Also, the research activity was appreciated by 3 awards.

Dr. Brissa Jiménez, PhD (Research and Education), MSc (Normative and Forensic Stomatology), is an endodontist and full-time professor at the Center for Research and Advanced Studies, Faculty of Dentistry, Autonomous University of the State of Mexico. She has 25 years of clinical experience and previously served for seven years as coordinator of the postgraduate program in endodontics. She currently teaches in the postgraduate program and serves on the Academic Body for Pulp and Periradicular Health. She is an active member of the Mexican Association of Endodontics (AME), contributes to CENEVAL’s EGEL Plus item-writing committee, and sits on the International Editorial Board of JADOS.

Dr. Augusto Macedo obtained his DDS degree from the Catholic University of Santa María, Peru, and a Master’s in Health Management from the same university. He completed his Specialty in Orthodontics at the Peruvian University Cayetano Heredia, Peru, and an Orthodontic Internship at the University of Concepcion, Chile. Additionally, he pursued a Specialty Program in Administration at the Catholic University San Pablo, Peru. He received education in Occlusal Medicine and TMJ Basic Curriculum from the Vienna School of Interdisciplinary Dentistry (VieSID Brasil), along with several professional certifications, including Craniomandibular System and Posture, Passive Self-Ligating Systems, Inter-radicular and Extra-alveolar Mini-implants, Digital Workflow in Orthodontics and 3D Diagnosis, and Laser Therapy. As an international speaker at various congresses and courses, his clinical interests focus on craniofacial growth and development, early treatments, 3D analysis, and functional diagnosis in Orthodontics.

Dr. Takeshi Tsuruta is a general dentist practicing Biomimetic Dentistry in Aichi, Japan. He earned his DDS from Hiroshima University (2010) and completed postgraduate training in Oral Surgery at Nagoya University (2019). His interests include regenerative medicine and minimally invasive restorative techniques. He regularly delivers hands-on courses in Absolute Isolation and PTFE Isolation, sharing practical protocols to optimize adhesive outcomes. Since 2024, he has served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Aichi-Gakuin University School of Dentistry (Nagoya), focusing on developing new isolation methods and clinical workflows.

Ines Saadellaoui is originally from Sidi Bouzid, Tunisia. She studied at the faculty of dentistry in Monastir, where she got her doctorate in dentistry. She passed the residency exam and she chose the specialty of prosthodontics. She has been practicing in the dental clinic of Monastir since 2020. She is a current member of the Tunisian Association of Prosthodontics and Dental Aesthetics (ATPED). She obtained the diploma in advanced implant and periodontal surgery certified by the university of Monastir and the Federico Naples University of Italy. In 2024, she became an assistant professor. She has great respect for her profession and spends countless hours studying, taking continuing education courses, and applying the advances of dentistry.

Graduation and post-graduation from Tamilnadu Govt Dental College, Chennai. I have given many guest lectures, conducted many workshops, have done many scientific paper and poster presentation in national and international level. I had more than 115 national and international publication in Pubmed, Scopus and Web of science indexed journal to my credit.I chaired many scientific sessions in national and international conferences. She has been a vice dean for postgraduate studies and research from January 2023 till present at the Faculty of Dentistry, October 6 University, Egypt. Professor of Endodontics since 2021 and Head of Continuing Education Unit, Faculty of Dentistry, October 6 University. Earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in endodontics (PhD) in 2010 and a master’s degree in endodontics (M.Sc.) in 2007 from Cairo University, Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine. Dr Ruchika Sood is in private practice with a focus on treating patients with Orofacial Pain, Headaches, TMJ problems and Obstructive Sleep Apnea. She graduated in 2000 and practiced Dentistry and worked for Professional Services at 3M India Private Ltd & with Fortis Healthcare. After 10 years of work, she completed full-time residency in Orofacial Pain and TMJ Disorders at Rutgers University, New Jersey and became a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain the same year i.e. 2013. She did her Interdisciplinary Pain course at Jaslok Hospital and studied Pain & Palliative Care at AINS, Delhi. She has also successfully completed a workshop in Comprehensive Interventional Pain Management in 2014. Dr. Sood is an award recipient at the South Asia Regional Pain Congress 2014 for a case presentation on ‘Exercise Induced Analgesia’.
